LC Lauren Conrad Runway Collection

Hi guys!

Yesterday we had a live steam from the debut show from Lauren’s first Runway Collection with the department store Kohl’s .Her partnership with the chain is successful for over 5 years already and was about time for her to show something on NYFW. Her show kick’s off the Fashion Week in the big Apple, and what a better way to start that with a perfect show.

Lauren took her guests and views to a magical and relaxing place with a lot of pastels, lace, flowers, transparency, velvet and fluid textile. The silhouette, one of the signature marks of the designer ware very feminine, girly and ladylike. Most of the looks had a lace detail (my favourite), and colours that can be combine between each other, all the looks had a harmonic structure so is totally wearable outside of the runway.

Here some of the looks that from the runway and some from the photo shoot (I couldn’t find all).

I’m obsess with the blush colour moto jacket, and the lace crop top, that really shows that the crop top came to stay for a while. Another thing that actually got my attention was the velvet, she apply in some garments (shorts) and combine with silk (blouse), and make me want the entire look.

No surprises in the style at all, we were expecting a lot of bows, laces, A shape and mid skirts and very sophisticated trousers, as a amazing first collection for her first New York Fashion Week.

Last but not least the beauty. I don’t know who was the artist sign the beauty looks for this show, but was really young and fresh to go with the collection and her style, like she always say basic isn’t bad. The choice was a pinkish nude lipstick, light bush and a smokey eye with brown and a gold eyeshadow, no eyeliner or fake lashes witch I found refreshing for a runway look.

Her look was from her collection in a different colour that was show at runway ( In love). She also count with so friends celebrities front row to complete her night. I’ve been fun of Lauren since Laguna Beach, her California girl look always stood out, and is great to see how she developed and grew up in terms of style.

Here is the entire show, the looks still available on Kohl’s website , which was your favourite look???
